How can I register for training?
If you already have an account with us, click on LOG IN, enter your USERNAME (email address) and PASSWORD (the one you chose when creating your account).
• If you click on Check, you will receive an invoice via email.
• If you click on Credit Card, you will be redirected to Paypal*.
* However, you do not need to have a PayPal account. Simply click on the gray PAY WITH CREDITCARD tab.
Do I have to create an account in order to register for trainings?
Yes, and you will only have to do it once.
How can I proceed with registration if my employer is paying for the training?
Follow the HOW CAN I REGISTER steps, click on PAY BY CHECK, and an invoice will be emailed to you. Forward the invoice to your employer. When you verify your personal information during registration, you are also given the option to add an email address in CC.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Check, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Interac.
Do I need to create a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card?
No, once you are redirected to Paypal, you simply need to click on the gray PAY WITH CREDIT CARD tab.
How can I register multiple employees?
Each person will need to SIGN IN and have their own account attached to their personal or work email address. You cannot use the same email address for more than one person. To receive a copy of the invoice or the receipt, enter your email address as CC in the payment process, when CONFIRMING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Will you refuse access to a training if payment has not yet been received?
No, however you will need to fill out a form stating that if we have not received payment within 30 days following the training, you are responsible for paying the costs.
For E-Learning Live:
No, however you will only have access to your certificate once your payment has been received.
For E-Learning Online Courses:
Yes, the training will only be accessible to your once your payment has been received.
To reserve a spot for in-person attendance or E-Learning (live or Online Courses), does payment need to happen with the registration?
No, however your payment must be received before the day of the training.
Can I get a receipt for my training?
Yes, you will receive a training receipt by email when payment is received. If you think you have not yet received your receipt, check your spam folder, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

How can I access the knowledge test and certification for my Online Course?
I have requested a password reset and I am not receiving anything.
It will be sent to the email address you have entered in your Webpsychology.ca account. It may fall into your spam or be blocked. If you are unable to recover it, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I purchased an E-Learning Online Course; how do I watch it?
I need more time to complete my training but my licence is expired or soon to be?
It is important to complete your Training during the license agreement (120 days) in order to respect the copyrights negotiated with our Trainers. However, we understand there are unforeseen events in life. So, we can offer you 1 additional month if necessary, however it is a privilege that we only offer once. If needed, please send us your request, one week or less before your license expires, by emailing email@example.com No request will be processed before this deadline.
Group viewing E-Learning Online Courses (during the pandemic)
We offer two options:
1) Group rate viewing (25 participants): We allow groups of 5 people or more for a maximum of 5 full viewings.
2) Group rate • 10 people or more • individual connections:
- Each person can view the training for a period of 120 days at their own pace!
• 6-hour training: $120 + taxes per person
• 12-hour training: $225 + taxes per person

How does it work for an E-Learning Live training?
• You will receive by email: a link to connect, manual and schedule one week before the event.
• You must watch the training on the scheduled date. It is not possible to watch the training afterwards in replay unless you have an emergency.
Do I have to complete a test to obtain my certificate for an E-Learning Live training?
No, to obtain your certificate (available at the end of the training):
